Love mixing cocktails and taking care of guests on the floor? We’re after front-of-house legends who can do both—bartending and waiting—with a smile, speed, and a bit of flair.
Central Fire Station Bistro is a lively, Hatted restaurant open evenings only, seven days a week (closed on public holidays).
We pride ourselves on our supportive team culture—everyone pitches in, whether it’s delivering great service, mixing drinks, or keeping the restaurant sparkling. (Yes, cleaning is a shared responsibility!)
To keep you sharp, we provide ongoing food and wine training. You’ll also study our “Food Bible” and wine list so you can confidently present dishes, answer questions, and recommend pairings.
What we’re looking for:
- Bartending skills (cocktails + wine service at the table)
- Strong floor service experience
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Attention to detail + a great team spirit
The role:
- Hours: 5 days per week, typically 3 pm until close
- Evenings only
- Minimum 3-month commitment (the longer, the better!)
