About the role Milk And Honey in Napier Central Hawkes Bay is seeking an experienced and passionate 3 x Chef to join their dynamic team.This full-time role will see you play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. 

 

What you'll be doing Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and to the highest safety and hygiene standards Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu items Supervising and training kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations What we're looking for Minimum 1 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant,Hospitality or catering environment Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations Ability to work well in a team and provide effective supervision and training to kitchen staff Good time management and organisational skills to ensure efficient kitchen operations Qualifications in Hospitality or Culinary Arts would be an advantage but not necessarily required.
