Amisfield Restaurant and Cellar is currently interviewing for the following positions:

 

Situated on the shores of Lake Hayes with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, Amisfield is an award winning restaurant and organic, set across a breathtaking 5-hectare property in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Internationally celebrated for its unique expression of place, Amisfield has been named to the Extended List – World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, and ranked #3 on Food & Wine’s Top International Restaurant List. It has also been awarded 3 Hats by the Cuisine Good Food Awards for four consecutive years, and recognised with the World’s Best Dining Experience by The Best Chef Awards. Executive Chef Vaughan Mabee has received the distinction of three knives from The Best Chef Awards.

Amisfield’s culinary philosophy is rooted in storytelling, drawing on the landscapes, wild ingredients, and cultural narratives of Aotearoa. The experience is finished with curated wine pairings from our single-estate, organic vineyard nestled beneath the Pisa Range.
