• Managing the day-to-day operations of Everest Property Care, covering lawn mowing, cleaning, painting, and general property maintenance jobs.
• Communicating directly with customers, property managers, subcontractors, stakeholders, and franchisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Regularly visiting sites, assessing work requirements, and providing suitable solutions before commencing jobs.
• Preparing and sending quotations, invoices, and WINZ quotes in a clear and professional manner.
• Handling payment reconciliation, following up outstanding invoices, and maintaining healthy cash flow.
• Coordinating schedules, workers, subcontractors, and resources to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are followed across all job sites in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
• Purchasing and managing tools, equipment, and machinery based on job requirements while controlling budget and reducing unnecessary costs.
• Responding to enquiries on Facebook to assess the proposed contract and give a quote
• Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
