We are seeking a detail-oriented Billings Administrator to join a busy Customer Support team within a well-established private healthcare organisation based in Greenlane.
This is a short-term temp role (2-3 months with potential to extend) starting immediately, ideal for someone with a strong administration background who is confident working with numbers and handling high-volume data entry.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting billing processes and ensuring accurate data entry across patient accounts and internal systems. Working closely with the wider Customer Support team, you’ll help maintain the smooth and timely processing of invoices and related administrative tasks.
This role would suit someone who is organised, methodical, and comfortable working with financial information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Processing and updating billing information accurately
  • High-volume data entry and reconciliation tasks
  • Assisting with invoice generation and payment tracking
  • Supporting the Customer Support team with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
  • Responding to internal billing queries as required
About You
  • Previous experience in administration (billing or accounts experience advantageous)
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident working with numbers and financial information
  • Comfortable using systems and spreadsheets
  • Reliable, organised, and able to hit the ground running
