Description:
Help required with kids during busy calving period on dairy farm.The role will be for before and after school care for four kids ages 15,14.13 and 10.The oldest three are boys who attend high school and the youngest is a girl who attends primary school.
Duties will be to ensure everyone is ready for school,bus drop offs/pick ups,help with homework,cooking an evening meal,some light housework and keeping them entertained until parents get home.The oldest three only need supervision,where the youngest is more a hands on role.
Job to start middle/late June until early October,can be flexible with dates.Applicant must have a drivers licensce,and own car as we live rurally-no public transport,already be in NZ.have a valid WHV and a high level of english
Working roster of Mon -Fri with weekends off.Approximately 20-25 hrs of work per week.Meals provided with kids when at work and accomadation is a room in a shared house on the dairy farm-cheap weekly rent charged
Optional farm work available during the calving period when kids are at school-not compulsory,but available
-to help out feeding/rearing calves
-Sat and Sun morning milking only. every second weekend.
