Are you a skilled barista with a passion for customer service and an eye for presentation? Tekapo Springs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista & Café Assistant to join our award-winning team in our picturesque Lake Tekapo location!

Summary:

About the Job:
As a Barista & Café Assistant at Tekapo Springs, you will ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience, and that the café runs smoothly and efficiently. You will achieve this through delivering high-quality customer service, food, and barista-made beverages to our guests, and maintaining an organized and clean food preparation area. Your ability to prioritize and multi-task, as well as your strong people skills and barista expertise, will be essential in this role.
 
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive pay from $24.00 per hour + team incentives to earn that bit extra.
- Holiday pay paid out at 8% on top of normal pay if fixed term.
- Opportunity to make additional income through incentives
