Your new role carries multiple responsibilities that include;
- Providing fund seekers guidance on funding framework and programmes
- Conducting initial reviews of funding requests
- Resolving funding and grant enquiries through channels that include website, chatbot, email, phone calls and in person meetings
- Reviewing and actioning funding
- Problem solving and solution finding when grant issues arise
- Active engagement in a range of internal projects
