Your new role carries multiple responsibilities that include;
  • Providing fund seekers guidance on funding framework and programmes
  • Conducting initial reviews of funding requests
  • Resolving funding and grant enquiries through channels that include website, chatbot, email, phone calls and in person meetings
  • Reviewing and actioning funding 
  • Problem solving and solution finding when grant issues arise
  • Active engagement in a range of internal projects
