Tractor Driver Arable

Category: Transportation and logistics

Description:

About the Role
Come and experience farming in one of New Zealand’s most productive cropping regions! Just a short drive from Ashburton, you’ll join an award-winning Canterbury producer recognised for excellence in seed and crop production. This modern, well-run arable farm is known for its high standards, tidy facilities, and late-model machinery fleet — all kept in top condition.
This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to work with some of the best in the industry, enjoy a tidy and well-organised workplace, and become part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that takes pride in their work (with plenty of good banter along the way).
Your main responsibility will be tractor operation, with opportunities to get behind forklifts, telehandlers, and combine harvesters as the season requires. You’ll also be involved in destoning potato paddocks, cultivation, and harvest work across the farm. If you’re someone who takes pride in looking after machinery and enjoys working outdoors with a great crew, this role will feel like home.
