We're Hiring: Experienced Roofer (Flat & Structural Roofing) ?
Are you an experienced roofer looking to join a reliable, professional team? We’re seeking a Skilled Rooferwith hands-on experience in flat roofing (TPO systems) or structural/pitched roofing or both. If you take pride in quality workmanship and safety, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:You'll be responsible for a variety of roofing projects, from residential to commercial. This includes:
- Installing and repairing TPO flat roofing systems
- Working on structural/sloped roofing, including framing, decking, and shingle or metal systems
- Performing tear-offs, underlayment installation, flashing, and finish work
- Ensuring safety standards and local building codes are met on every job
- Collaborating with crew members to complete projects efficiently and professionally
Requirements:- Strong knowledge of TPO installation, heat welding, and detailing
- Familiarity with structural roofing components and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
