Pro Kiwi Limited is seeking motivated workers to join our team for the upcoming Harvest picking season.

Pay Rate: We offer very competitive pay rates of a minimum of $25,87 an hour. Bin rates over Harvest work out to roughly $25,87-$40+ an hour. These pay rates includes 8% holiday pay.
Hours: Work is offered on fine?weather days, generally between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
This position is covered by a Fixed Term Employment Agreement on an “as?and?when required” basis to support our operational needs.
We are a locally owned family business based in Te Puke—the kiwifruit capital of the world. All orchards are located within close proximity.
Requirements
- Must be available to start on the estimated start date
- Must be able to commit to the full harvest season (March–June)
- Must have reliable transport to travel to and from orchards
- Note, this position is an outdoor role requiring physical work
- This role requires the ability to comfortably reach and work within the kiwifruit canopy. Most people who can reach overhead comfortably (typically around a 160?cm standing height or equivalent reach) can perform this work effectively
- Ability to follow instructions, good English comprehension, and a strong work ethic
- Must hold a valid work permit or Working Holiday Visa (SSE visas are not accepted)
- Must already have an IRD number and NZ bank account
- Must supply valid photo identification (passport or birth certificate)
- Must currently be in Te Puke / Paengaroa area and ready to begin work on the estimated start date
