We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager and Hospitality professional to join our newly opened restaurant in Kerikeri!
Set days off, plenty of hours and creative freedom on cocktail and wine menus, an opportunity to run a small restaurant in a beautiful, friendly town in the Far North of NZ!
Experience required, must have:
5+ years in a similar role Duty Managers License Wine knowledge (whether formal or from on-the-job experience) Ability to make most classic cocktails and the knowledge to create new cocktails Experience ordering stock, creating menus, till systems, managing bookings and functions
This is a customer focused role and is not for someone who prefers to be in an office :)
