Pieters Horticulture are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic tractor driver to join our team for the busy kiwifruit season ahead.
Pieters Horticulture is a tight-knit, family-owned and operated business based in Te Puke. We provide a picking service to kiwifruit growers across the Bay of Plenty Region. Our friendly and professional approach has attracted a loyal group of growers and staff.
We are looking for committed tractor drivers for the 2026 Kiwifruit season commencing in mid-March through to end May who possess the following skills:
- Experience operating farm or orchard machinery
- Current working holiday visa and IRD number
- Own transport (car or van, work locations change frequently and there is no public transport)
- Enjoys working as a member of a team
- Enjoys working outdoors
- Reasonable English language skills
- Would suit a couple (one Supervisor / other Tractor Driver) but not essential
- Reasonably fit
- Strong work ethic
