Milk & Honey is a well-established beachfront café and restaurant in Napier, proudly serving our community since 2008. Known for our high-quality dining experience, exceptional service, and vibrant atmosphere, we offer everything from premium breakfasts to elegant dinners and handcrafted cocktails.
We are currently seeking two experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers to join our team:
• 1 x Day Shift Manager
• 1 x Night Shift Manager
Due to the nature of hospitality, this role involves long working hours, and we are looking for individuals who are committed, energetic, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain high standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback
• Manage staff rosters, stock control, and reporting
• Maintain health & safety and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in restaurant or café management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
• A hands-on attitude with attention to detail
