Kiwifruit Orchard Workers Wanted – Bay of Plenty

(You Will be travelling to different work locations regularly depending on Work Site)
We employ all workers directly — no contractors and no deductions.
Competitive pay based on team production (bins split evenly each day).
Work generally available 8am–5pm, depending on weather and fruit maturity.
Most days of the week
You will be working as part of a team of at least 10 people, so teamwork is essential.
No experience needed — training provided!
Ideal for backpackers or anyone who enjoys outdoor, physical work.
Pay
Paid Piece Rate $1.67 + 8% Holiday pay for Gold Kiwi
$1.67+8% = $32.46 for 18 size bin.
Good Pickers can earn $27 to $35 per hour (Depending on Experience, Picking Speed , Team , Orchard, Fruit Size Etc)
Requirements:
- Valid Working Visa, NZ Bank Account & IRD number
- Own car or van required
- Must be able to travel to different orchard locations depending on daily work site
- Reasonable fitness level
- Basic English skills
- Enjoy working outdoors and working in a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
