Full Job Description
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Regional Office Coordinator to support the Branch Manager by taking ownership of the administrative side of branch operations.
This is initially a maternity cover position for approximately 6-8 months, with potential for the role to become a permanent full-time role after the maternity cover.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in being the go-to person for organization and follow through.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and file job-related documents
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure processes are followed and paperwork is captured (stock movements, variation sheets, weekly timesheets)
- Support compliance (health & safety, training, staff/client requirements)
- General office coordination and administrative support as required
Key Experience and Skills
- Strong administration and office coordination experience
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines confidently
- Familiar with systems, documents, and spreadsheets
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Experience in specialist coatings, construction, trades or project-based environment is advantageous
