Experienced Receptionist x 1 wanted at Paihia Beach Resort & Spa
About the Job:
  1. Full-time position (approx. 30–40 hours/week)
  2. Work schedule on a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  3. Reception and front office duties.

Summary:

About you:
  1. Previous front desk/reception experience is essential
  2. Confident working independently and managing guest check-in/out processes
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills
  4. Able to commit for at least 6 months
  5. Experience with PMS systems is a plus
  6. Hospitality or tourism qualification preferred
