About the role
We are looking for experienced Painters & Brush Hands to join our team in Dunedin, Central Otago. We have immediate starts available working with a great team of people.
In this position you will be working on a variety of painting and decorating projects across the region. With a focus on high-quality workmanship, you will be responsible for ensuring that all jobs are completed to the client's satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces
- Cutting in and edging around trims, windows and doors
- Mixing and applying paints and coatings
- Completing all work to a high standard
- Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
- Prior experience as a Painter or Brush Hand
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and locations
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Valid Site Safe & EWP required for some jobs
